Elmrank is a trading name of an individual based in Vietnam. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Elmrank, and "you" means the business that orders the service. The legal name that appears on our invoices is the name of the party you contract with.

By paying an invoice or starting work with us, you agree to these terms.

We build and run a content site for your business to grow search traffic from Google and from AI answers (SEO and GEO).

• First month: a Super Intelligence audit for SEO and GEO, source setup, website design and a content plan for the first month.
• Every month after: up to 30 articles a month, depending on your niche and needs, plus hosting, the domain and maintenance (updates and fixes).

Our Super Intelligence pipeline researches, drafts, fact-checks and audits articles. A person approves every article before it is published.

The first month costs $500. After that, the plan costs $300 a month. Prices are in US dollars. Current prices are always on the pricing page.

We invoice you, and you pay by PayPal.

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. There is no minimum contract. After you cancel, we stop invoicing you.

When the plan ends:

• Content and code. The code, prompts, checks and content live in your repo and stay with you. We do not take them back or delete them.
• Domain. Your domain is registered in your name or account, so it stays with you. We transfer it on request.
• Hosting. Hosting is part of the monthly plan, so we stop providing it when the plan ends. Because the code and content are in your repo, you can host the site anywhere.
• Maintenance and new articles stop when the plan ends.

If your Google clicks have not grown after 6 months on the plan, compared with your first month, we will process a refund. These are the conditions:

• 6 consecutive paid months. You have been on the plan, and paid for, 6 months in a row.
• What we compare. Google Search clicks in the sixth month against the first month, as shown in your Google Search Console.
• Search Console access. You keep Search Console for your site shared with us for the whole period, so we can check the numbers together.
• Published content stays up. You do not remove or block the content we published, for example by deleting pages or blocking them from search engines.

When the 6 months are up, we look at the numbers together in your Search Console. If the clicks have not grown, we review the case and process the refund.

This guarantee is about Google Search clicks only. It is the only result we promise (see Warranties below).

• Accurate information about your product, your customers and what you can and cannot claim.
• Access we need to do the work, such as your repo, Search Console and domain account.
• Prompt answers when we ask for input or approval.
• Payment of our invoices.
• The rights to any material you give us, such as text, images, logos and data.

We will not publish, and you must not ask us to publish, content that:

• is illegal or helps with illegal activity;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• is false or misleading about you, your product or other people;
• is hateful, harassing or sexually explicit involving minors;
• contains malware, or is spam or built to manipulate search engines.

We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules, and we may stop the service if a site is built for them.

The code, prompts, checks and content we create for you live in your repo and belong to you. They stay with you if you stop. You keep the rights to everything you give us.

Your domain is registered in your name or account so it stays with you, and we transfer it on request. We keep our general skills and know-how, and anything we own that is not part of your repo.

We keep your non-public business information confidential. We use it only to deliver the service and share it only with providers who need it to run the service, such as hosting. This does not cover information that is already public, that you tell us we can share, or that the law requires us to disclose. Please keep our non-public methods confidential in the same way.

We do our work with care, but we provide the service "as is". Search engines and AI answer engines decide what they show and we do not control them, so we do not promise any ranking, position, traffic, citation in AI answers or revenue. The only result we promise is the traffic guarantee above.

Articles are drafted with AI tools and approved by a person, but they can still contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking claims about your own business before you rely on them.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. If we disagree, please email us first and we will try to settle it. If we cannot, the courts of Vietnam decide.

We may change these terms by updating this page and the date at the top. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel at any time.
