Questions
I already have a site. Do you rebuild it?
Only if you want us to. In the first month we either set up a new codebase or apply the audit fixes to the site you already have.
Does this work on WordPress, Shopify or Wix?
Yes for the audit, which works on any site. The fixes depend on how much the platform lets us change. On WordPress and Shopify we work in the theme, the settings and the plugins or apps, with an admin or staff account. Some things are set by the platform: Shopify puts products under /products/ and collections under /collections/, and nobody can change that. Wix gives the least access to code, so the audit says which fixes Wix allows. If too many are blocked, we can move the site to a codebase we set up in the first month.
What access do you need?
Search Console, your domain account, and either your repo or an admin account on your platform, so we can make the fixes and check the results.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. We make the changes and explain them in plain words in the monthly report.
Do you do link building?
No. Our plan has no link building. If your market needs links, an agency retainer that includes them may be worth its higher price.
