Blawgy alternatives, with prices: $99 a month for Blawgy Pro: 31 posts, no technical fixes, no links.

Blawgy sells one thing and says so on its own page: "Blawgy does one thing: it publishes the content, every day, at a price a small business can carry." Pro is $99 a month for 31 posts, and Blawgy's comparison table lists "Link building: No" and "Technical site fixes: No". The reasons to look elsewhere are mostly in that gap, plus the question of who reads each post before it goes live.

What you get from Blawgy for $99

Blawgy connects to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer or Ghost, builds a keyword plan, then writes, illustrates, links and publishes a post every day. A report arrives each Monday with clicks and impressions from your own Search Console. Pro+ at $149 a month adds rewrites of posts that slip, a reader pixel, AI mention tracking and competitor gap analysis. There's a 3-day free trial, and the home page offers a full refund within 30 days.

That's a lot for $99. Only theStacc comes within about 10 cents on price per published post: $99 for 31 posts is about $3.19 each, and theStacc's own figure for its 30 is $3.30. What the price leaves out is spelled out in Blawgy's own table and FAQ: "If you need someone to rebuild your site or run a link campaign, hire an agency."

1. Elmrank: the posts plus the site work Blawgy leaves out

We're the ones writing this, so we'll start with where we lose. We cost three times as much as Blawgy Pro each month, $300 against $99, and there's no free trial: the first month is $500. Blawgy publishes straight into the blog you already have on six platforms. Our plan runs from a code repository we set up for you, so we fit a site we build or rebuild better than a blog you want to keep on Wix or Shopify. Blawgy's case studies name their customers; ours are three sites we own and run ourselves.

The extra $201 a month pays for the site work. The first month covers an audit and the fixes for speed, indexing, schema and site structure, plus the site design and a content plan. Every month after that, $300 covers up to 30 articles, ongoing technical fixes, hosting, the domain and a monthly report from your Search Console. AI drafts our articles, our pipeline checks them against sources, and a person approves each one before it goes live. If your Google clicks haven't grown after 6 paid months in a row, compared with your first month, we process a refund, as long as Search Console stays shared with us and the content stays up. Elmrank is a trading name of one person based in Vietnam, and we reply to email within 12 hours.

You can see a sample monthly report with real numbers before you write to us. It's September 2026 on one of our own sites, a month when its clicks fell by about half, and it shows where they went.

Pick it if: your site itself needs work (slow pages, pages Google doesn't index, no schema), and you'd rather pay one bill for that and the articles.

Skip it if: your site is fine and you only want the blog filled. Blawgy does that for a third of the price.

2. theStacc: the same price, a different extra

theStacc's Blog SEO software is also $99 a month for 30 articles, planned from your business profile and published on a schedule, with approval controls. It sells two other modules for $49 each: Google Business Profile posts with review-reply drafts, and social posts on four networks. Its pricing FAQ says your team "still needs to supply accurate business facts and review the work". The managed Local Growth plan, $749 a month, has its team publish 30 articles and 15 Google Business posts and adds a monthly strategy call.

Pick it if: you're a local business and want the Google Business Profile handled from the same dashboard.

Skip it if: you don't need Google Business posts or social. For the blog alone, Blawgy gives one more post a month and costs less billed annually ($69 against about $82). On review the two are alike: both let you preview each post or let them publish on their own.

Unlimited Content's Starter plan is $600 a month for 10 articles, 2 hours of technical SEO updates, 5 or more press backlinks a month, publishing, a monthly review call and a dedicated specialist. Its 30-article plan is $2,200. That's the clearest difference from Blawgy: it sells the link building Blawgy's table says it doesn't do. It's month to month, and its policy page says "We do not offer refunds".

Pick it if: you're sure links are what's holding your site back, and you want calls with a dedicated specialist.

Skip it if: you want volume. Ten articles for $600 is $60 each, against about $3 at Blawgy.

4. WriteMySEO: fewer posts, each one reviewed

WriteMySEO charges $750 a month for 4 posts, $1,500 for 8 plus one landing page rewrite, and $3,000 for 12 with a monthly reporting call. Posts are "AI-drafted, human-reviewed" and are built around rules for what your industry can't claim. The $750 plan lists meta titles and descriptions and internal linking suggestions; schema markup on every piece starts with the $1,500 plan. Plans are month to month, and unused posts roll over once.

Pick it if: you're in a field where one wrong claim costs more than a month of posts: health, finance, law.

Skip it if: you want a post a day. At $187.50 a post, a month of Blawgy's volume would cost over $5,800.

5. Koala AI: the cheapest, if you'll do the publishing

Koala is a writing tool rather than a service. $25 a month buys 45,000 words, $49 buys 100,000 and $99 buys 250,000, with internal linking and images built in. You pick the topics, run it, check the output and publish. Koala offers a 15-day refund window if you've used few credits.

Pick it if: you, or someone on your team, will spend the time to turn drafts into posts.

Skip it if: the reason you looked at Blawgy was that nobody has that time.

When Blawgy is the better choice

Choose Blawgy if your site loads fast, Google already indexes it, and the only thing missing is posts. It ties theStacc as the cheapest service here that writes and publishes for you, it plugs into the platform you already use, it reports weekly, and you can test it for three days before paying. theStacc's software plan comes closest, with 30 posts for the same $99 and a monthly report.
